Are all products official?

Yes, all products are 100% official. We import products directly from South Korea through official retailers. The albums have a KOMCA seal on the back to indicate authenticity. Other products usually feature the imprint or seal of the record company of the artist(s).

Does an album purchase count for the charts?

We purchase albums through official retailers who are members of the Hanteo Family. Albums that we buy count towards the Hanteo and Gaon charts.

Hanteo’s real-time sales figures are used by weekly music shows (including M!Countdown, Music Bank, Music Core and Inkigayo) as one of the many factors determining their weekly winner. Gaon counts the number of albums sent. Album distributors report to Gaon the number of albums sent for sale. The numbers from the Gaon chart are used during the ‘end of year awards’ to present awards (also Daesangs).

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order products are products that are not yet in our stock. This may be because the product has not yet been released or because the product is still on its way from South Korea.

On the product page you can see when we expect the product. As soon as the product is in our possession, we will send it to you immediately.

Please note! If you have multiple pre-order products or a combination of products in stock and pre-order products in one order, your order will not be shipped until all products are available.

What are DVD region codes?

Most DVDs (such as Summer/Winter Package, Season’s Greetings and Tours) are region code 1 and 3. Europe, however, falls under region code 2. It is therefore not possible to play the DVDs on standard DVD players. You will need a region-free DVD player. All Blu-rays have the region code A, B & C or are region free. You can play it on a normal Blu-ray player.

Why are the prices much higher than in South Korea?

Because we buy our products outside the EU, we are obliged to pay additional charges. We divide these additional costs among the number of products in the same shipment.

The following costs are included in the sales price:

  • Purchase price
  • Shipping costs from South Korea to the Netherlands
  • Import duties
  • Clearance costs
  • VAT

I cannot find my favourite artist(s). Can you add products from the artist(s)?

Every restock we take into account ordering albums and official merchandise from artists who are in high demand. Would you like to see products from your favourite artist(s) on Kyeopta.nl? Please leave your suggestion below:






    Order

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has already been packed by us, unfortunately we can no longer change or cancel it. You can then only return the order.

    I did not receive a confirmation e-mail.

    After completing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. Normally you will receive it within a few minutes.

    Did you not receive a confirmation e-mail? First check your spam. The confirmation e-mail may have ended up there. Can’t find the confirmation e-mail? Please send an e-mail to contact@kyeopta.nl or send us a message via the contact form.

    There is something wrong with my received order!

    Check your order immediately upon receipt. If your delivered order is not correct or not something is wrong with it, please contact us as soon as possible via contact@kyeopta.nl or the contact form so we can come up with a suitable solution.

    How can I return (part of) my order?

    Kyeopta applies a period of 30 days after receipt of your order, in which you may return (part of) your order. Please use the return form to request a return. The shipping costs for returning (part of) your order will be borne by you.

    Returned products must be in original condition and contain both the original parts and the packaging. Albums, DVDs and Blu-ray discs must be returned in their original sealed packaging. If the returned products are not received by us in their original condition, we may refuse the return.

    Once we have accepted the return, the amount will be refunded within a few working days, but in any case within two weeks.

    You can pay for your order via iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bancontact or Giropay.

    What are the shipping costs and what countries do you ship to?

    Products in stock are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

    We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Processing your order takes 1-3 working days. Then your order is handed over to the parcel carrier.

    We ship to the following countries and rely on the delivery times provided by the parcel carrier:
